How To Apply

John M. Bissell Foundation, Inc. will accept proposals from February 1st to March 1st of each year. You may either mail or email your proposal to Katie Reen.

The Directors of the Bissell Foundation do not require that the proposals be in any specific form but they should include the following information:

1. a background of you or your organization including previous projects and their current status;
2. a summary of the project and the overall budget;
3. the amount you are requesting from Bissell Foundation and how the money will be used;
4. how Bissell Foundation will be mentioned or advertised on your project; and
5. the name of the 501(c)3 organization that will be your funding agent.
